  • 1/2 pack of macaroni pasta (elbow shape)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped medium sized onion
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dill
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cheddar

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Procedure:

  • Heat a large pot of water until the water becomes rolling boiled. Add in the pasta and let it boil with salt and boil for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • When the pasta is tender but firmly done, strain it through the strainer and pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and toss the pasta so that it may not stick then set the pasta aside.
  • Heat butter in a saucepan until it bubbles add in it olive oil so that butter may not overcook.
  • Add in it the minced garlic and ginger. simmer until aroma is generated.
  • Add in onion and keep frying until it becomes translucent.
  • Add in the chicken breast cut into the small one-inch pieces.
  • Now pour the seasonings salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar.
  • Toss the components well and then add the end add in the grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Mix and fold the cheese along with the pasta. Sprinkle dill finely chopped.
  • Serve with your favorite ketchup or mustard sauce.

  • 1 cup tomatoes blended to puree form
  • 2 tablespoon of red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of hot red chili sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time 35-40 minutes

Procedure:

  • Heat a large pot of water until the water becomes rolling boiled. Add in the spaghetti pasta and let it boil with salt and boil for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • When the spaghetti is tender but firmly done, strain it through the strainer and pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and toss the pasta so that it may not stick then set the spaghetti aside.
  • In a wok, heat olive oil with butter until aroma comes out.
  • Add in the garlic and ginger and keep stirring till aroma comes out.
  • Stir in the onion till translucent.
  • Add in the boiled and shredded chicken. Chicken is boiled earlier with a pinch or two of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now pour the tomatoes blended to the puree form and keep stirring till the oil comes out and the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Simmer and season the sauce with seasonings red chili powder, red chili hot sauce, thyme, salt, apple cider vinegar.
  • Afterward, add in both the cheeses. Fold in the spaghetti and toss well till the cheese melts and mixed evenly.

  • 1/2 pack of Fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoon of salt distributed equally
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup prawns
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped medium sized onion
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk (low-fat if desired)
  • 1 cup boiled peas with a dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of green chili paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time 35-40 minutes

Procedure:

  • Heat a large pot of water until the water becomes rolling boiled. Add in the Fettuccine pasta and let it boil with salt and boil for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally.
  • When the Fettuccine is tender but firmly done, strain it through the strainer and pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and toss the Fettuccine so that it may not stick then set the Fettuccine aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil until aroma comes out.Add in the garlic and ginger and keep stirring till aroma comes out.
  • Stir in the onion till translucent. Add in prawns and stir till the prawns are fried well on high flame to lock the juices of prawns.
  • Now add the flour and fry it till the aroma of flour generates.
  • Then add milk and keep whisking the milk until it gets a thick texture and the lumps of flour disappear.
  • Add in the peas and simmer.
  • Add in seasonings salt, white pepper powder, green chili paste, lemon juice and stir constantly.
  • Simmer and add grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • Fold the Fettuccine in the creamy mixture, let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve it with a dash of coriander leaves at the top. Green coriander leave is a herb that goes very well with seafood like the prawns in this meal.
